I guess Mike Van Ryan wasn't the only person to feel the pain via Milan Lucic, as two fans are injured after the glass shattering check he delivered early in the 2nd period yesterday. Both had minor lacerations on their faces and were taken to a local hospital. More importantly though is that these people with their weak faces rained on Lucic's parade. Well, rained just a little bit on his parade according to him I guess. Way to only think about yourselves fans (obviously joking).
"It was a cool feeling and good feeling, but seeing the two people who got hurt kind of took that feeling away a bit," "I felt a little bit bad for them afterward," -Milan Lucic
Other than the two "weak faced fans", the other fans sitting near the "danger zone" were moved into a luxury box (sweet deal). While the fans in the first two rows around the rest of the rink were moved elsewhere (not so sweet deal). Not really sure how that worked when you figure how much those seats cost. Anyways, the injured fans look to be okay and will mostly likely be "taken care of" by the Bruins. Not to mention the one man wrecking ball himself Milan Lucic will probably have something up his sleeve for them too.
"Hopefully they are all right. I saw them bleeding. It would be nice for me to do something for them because I feel bad that they got cut open like that in an unfortunate, unlucky thing for them." -Milan Lucic
